We want you to love what you order from Macelleria Bondi. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
Clothing / Merchandise
If you’ve purchased clothing or other merchandise from our online store:
Exchanges
- You can exchange an item within 30 days of purchase for a different size or style.
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email team@macelleriabondi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or style – but we’re happy to exchange.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and can be used at any Macelleria restaurant.
- Lost, stolen or expired vouchers cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
- If your voucher is damaged or hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help verify and reissue if possible.
How to Arrange a Return or Exchange
- Email team@macelleriabondi.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
- We’ll confirm the next steps and provide return details.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund (if applicable) within 5–7 business days.
