Terms & Conditions
The competition
- The promotion commences on 1 August 2026 and runs for six (6) consecutive months, concluding on 31 January 2027 (“the competition period”).
- One (1) $300 Macelleria Bondi digital gift voucher will be drawn in each month of the competition period — six (6) prizes in total.
- A winner will be announced each month of the competition period on the Macelleria Bondi Instagram page (@macelleria_bondi).
- The winner for each month will be contacted on the last day of that month using the details provided at entry, and their $300 digital voucher will be sent to them at that time.
- To enter, entrants must follow Macelleria Bondi on Instagram and complete the entry form, including subscribing to the Macelleria Bondi mailing list. Subscription is a condition of entry.
- One entry per person for the duration of the competition period. Entering once places you in every remaining monthly draw — there is no need to re-enter, and duplicate entries will not increase your chances. Where multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first will be counted.
- Entries received after a monthly draw has taken place will be included in the following month’s draw.
- Winners are selected at random. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within thirty (30) days of being notified, Macelleria Bondi reserves the right to redraw the prize.
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Macelleria Bondi and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift voucher
- eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to become valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase or provision to the winner.
- Macelleria Bondi Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Macelleria Bondi Gift Cards expire three (3) years after issue.
- Macelleria Bondi Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Macelleria Bondi and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards may not be re-sold or bartered for cash.
- You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification, Macelleria Bondi may elect not to accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.
General
- We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- By entering the competition, or by purchasing, receiving, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
